Behind Angga's Hidden Bali is a small group of people who live on the island or visit it so often, know its backroads and genuinely enjoy hosting guests. Here are some of the faces you might meet or message.

Angga started by showing friends of friends around Bali on his days off. Years later, that side hobby turned into a dedicated tour company — but the feeling of hosting friends has never changed. He still personally designs routes, trains guides and often leads tours himself.

What areas of Bali do you operate in?
We're based around Ubud but our tours run across much of the island — Nusa Penida, Kintamani, North Bali, Uluwatu, Tanah Lot and beyond. We also offer private transfers from almost any starting point in Bali, including the airport.

How do I book a tour with you?
You can book directly on our website (most flexible, best price) or through our partner OTAs. However, book directly with us for the best deal!

Is my payment secure?
Yes. Website payments are processed through Stripe, which is PCI-DSS Level 1 certified — the same security tier used by major e-commerce sites. We never see or store your card details.

What is your cancellation or refund policy?
Free cancellation up to 24 hours before your tour start time — full refund, no questions. Cancellations inside the 24-hour window aren't refundable, because we've already committed guides, drivers, boats or permits.

Can you customize a tour or make it private for my group?
Sometimes — it depends on availability and party size. When driver capacity is tight, we may merge two small parties (for example a couple plus a solo or a pair) into one vehicle to keep the day running. If you want a guaranteed private tour for just your group, we can usually confirm one for an additional fee, subject to availability and demand. For fully custom itineraries (longer days, different combinations, photographer included, etc.), message us on WhatsApp before booking and we'll build a quote.

Are your tours private or small-group?
Both, depending on availability and party size. On many days a tour runs private to just your party. On busier days or when driver capacity is allocated across multiple bookings, we may pair you with another small party (typically 1-3 guests) to share the same vehicle and guide. Guaranteed-private tours are available for an additional fee — message us before booking if that matters to you. Boat-based tours like Nusa Penida snorkel days are typically small-group either way.
