Book Direct or via partner OTAs? The Honest Trade-offs

We list on partner OTAs and happily take those bookings. But you save roughly 22% booking direct. Here's when each makes sense.

The price difference

Partner OTAs take a commission on every booking. We pass that commission on as a discount when you book direct — about 22% lower on most tours. Same team, same vehicle, same guide on the day.

When a partner OTA makes sense

If you are a member of their loyalty programme, collecting credits, or want their centralised chat interface across multiple trip bookings. If you had a bad experience and want third-party dispute protection. If you already have travel credit on the platform from a prior refund.

When booking direct makes sense

If price matters. If you want to reach our team directly when you have a pickup question. If you want faster refunds — platform refunds often take 5–10 business days; we refund card charges same-day. If you want to customise a tour beyond the platform's limited options.

Either way, same tour

Important to say: the tour itself does not change based on the channel. Same driver. Same sunrise. Same lunch stop. The commission question is ours to worry about, not yours.
